Shipping policy
Our goal is to deliver all orders in the fastest and most efficient way possible. All of our products are made fresh to order. Once your order has been processed , it will ship within 3-7 business days. Shipping days for Sea Moss gels are Monday through Wednesday to maintain freshness all orders are also shipped frozen with ice packs and well insulated. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been picked up by the shipping courier. Upon arrival if Sea Moss gel appears watery or room temperature refrigerate before consuming. Gels last three weeks refrigerated and up to six months frozen. We understand that mistakes can happen, and if you have provided the wrong address for shipping, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct the address in time, we will do our best to assist you. However, if the package has already been shipped to the incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages. It is important to ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Double-check all the information before finalizing your order to avoid any issues.
