Blue Spirulina (Anthrospira Platensis) is harvested from blue-green algae and considered to be a highly nutritious super food. It has high phycocyanin content which may support immune health. It also contains a wide array of vitamins and minerals including Vitamin B1,2,3, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, and all essential amino acids. It's protein rich nutrients are a great addition to Sea Moss Gel, and is typically recommended to vegetarians due to its high natural iron content. The amino content is also high.
