Directions To Make Sea Moss Gels
- Remove 2oz of sea moss from the package, wash thoroughly with water.
- Place your sea moss in a bowl & cover with water.
- Cut 1 lime & soak moss for 12 to 24 hours.
- After soaking drain water from bowl
- Add sea moss to high-speed blender, add 2-3 cups of water. We recommend spring water or alkaline water.
- Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until it's completely smooth.
- Pour into an airtight glass container, store in refrigerator until it solidifies.
